	Louis Platini offers a wide variety of services to help companies utilize the Second Life for their business and marketing needs. Services include, but are not limited to: Project Management (using PMBOK) From start to final delivery, Louis uses a project management methodology to deliver the project in budget and on schedule. At defined steps, a clear communication is given about status and progress. The first part of the projects consists of business requirement gathering. We help the customer to translate the goal of having a presence in SL into clearly defined actions in Second Life. Once the goal, budget and requirements are defined, a quotation is send to the customer that describes in full detail each action and all deliverables. Once an agreement is reached, a service agreement will be signed off that includes a more detailed action plan and deadlines. Recommendation on how to have the highest impact into Second Life, knowing budget, operations of your company (processes) and availability might be one of the deliveries of the project. Note that just putting a building (structure/construction) into Second Life will not be enough for optimal visibility and return of investment. Once the project started, we will show intermediate results to the customer. This allows fast feedback and adjustment can be made quickly. Once all deliveries are provided, a new set of documents will be given that allows hand-over of the build to the customer. This set of documents includes user manuals, if required, and manuals to set up your own events in Second Life once the project is finished.
